Key pickup instructions unclear!!! Lack of a lift for luggage, no sofa bed as promised, closet area was locked, and appliances had no usage instructions!!! Bathroom ceiling leak made the stay less enjoyable!!!

The apartment offered ample space for our needs, making it comfortable for a group. A well-equipped kitchen allowed us to whip up meals easily.

Accessing the building posed challenges with keys that didn't fit properly and the absence of a lift for those with mobility issues. The steep, narrow stairs and detached garage access added to the inconvenience, and some areas like air vents and carpets seemed overdue for a thorough cleaning.

filthy showers

misleading amenities

the so-called 'apartment with terrace' was disgracefully misleading. the showers were filthy, and water leaked from above while I ate. I expected a luxurious pool as advertised, but alas, not even a kiddie one! I almost gave a glowing review, but I just couldn’t overlook these tragic oversights.

the apartment was beautifully designed and incredibly spacious, perfect for gatherings. we enjoyed the lovely outdoor area where we had barbecues. also, being so close to parks and shops made our stay very convenient.
